General consideration: The site is located in the Central - Western part of the Dobrogea Region, 80 km North-West Constanta. The dimension of the “site” is around 1,5 km in the N-S direction and around 0,2 km in the W – E direction.

    Site description: The morphology of the site is characterized of non relevant slope hills. The mean height is about 93 m above sea level. The land is for agricultural use.

    Road network and site access: The site is reachable tacking the DN 2A national road from Constanta towards North West till the Hanu Morii and county road DJ 223. The distance between Constanta and Horia (Closca) is around 80 km.

Wind condition: The site is well exposed to the North, South, West and East. Wind as there are not any hills or obstacles in all directions. The altitude varies along the site between 90 and 95 m.

Civil building and inhabitant centre presence: No buildings are present in the site. The nearest village is Closca which lies 1,5 km in the South East of the site.

Vegetation and soil: The site is without high vegetation in all its directions. It consists of agricultural land with corn or grain.

There has been done the geotechnical investigation on site.

Electric Grid connection: Medium voltage grid 20 kV is crossing the site; the grid connection point should be at around 0,3 km East from the site.

     Prin prezenta SC HORIA GREEN SRL avand Licenta de producere energie electrica din surse regenerabile nr. 1371 / 10.10.2013 , informeaza publicul ca incepand de la probele de functionare , PIF a celor trei turbine pana in prezent , parcul eolian Horia – 7,5 MW a avut o functionare corecta , nu s-au semnalat aspecte de impact asupra mediului pana la sfarsitul trimestrului I - 2020. Flora si fauna nu au fost afectate ( vara se pot intalni in zona parcului eolian fazani , potarnichi , ereti ) . Zgomotul masurat este mult sub limitele admise . Deseurile rezultate in urma reparatiilor programate sau accidentale nu sunt depozitate in zona parcului eolian ci sunt luate de echipele prestatoare de servicii care le predau la societatile de colectare pe baza contractuala.
